Effective October 22, 2026 (preview draft).
- What we collect: for update emails, your name and email. For listing requests, business name, email, license type and license state. We also store the consent wording you agreed to and the time you submitted. If you sign up through the welcome pop-up, we also record that you confirmed you are 18 or older; choosing "skip" is remembered only in your own browser. We do not store IP addresses, and we use no cookies, analytics or trackers (the site stores a small flag in your browser so the pop-up does not reappear).
- Why: to send the FDA update emails you asked for, or to review a listing request. We do not sell or share your information, and we never send automatic emails when you sign up.
- Where: stored in a database run by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
- Your choices: every email will include an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
- Health information: we do not ask for, and you should not send, any health information.
